These terms apply to this website and to fixed-price, assessed-scope and deposit services booked through Stripe Checkout. Information can change and should be checked against current official sources.

General website content is not legal, tax, immigration, accounting, engineering, medical or other regulated advice. Where the selected service requires regulated judgement, filing or representation, that work is assigned to the appropriate accountant, lawyer, notary or other authorised professional. The concierge coordinates the case but does not replace that professional's duties.

Bookings, assessed scopes and deposits

The service page, Checkout summary and version of these terms accepted at checkout form the booking agreement. A full-service price covers the standard case described. An assessed-scope price covers the stated review and standard route, subject to eligibility. A deposit funds the stated assessment or initial work and is credited against an accepted final written scope where the service page says so.

The listed price includes any tax that applies to the trader. Government charges, apostille, legalisation, certified translation, courier costs, third-party professional fees and work outside the stated inclusions are excluded unless the service page expressly includes them. No additional amount is charged without your agreement. Stripe processes the payment and may issue a receipt or invoice.

After payment, we will email you within one working day with intake or scheduling details. If the request falls outside the published scope or we cannot provide the service, we will cancel and refund the payment in full.

Other services and extra work

Services without a checkout button remain invitations to enquire. They require a separate written scope covering deliverables, price, location, timing, cancellation, data handling and responsibility limits. No extra work is charged without prior agreement.

Cancellation and refunds

If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days from the booking date to cancel a distance contract. Email us a clear cancellation request. You may use your own words; no particular form is required.

We will not begin the service during that 14-day period unless you expressly ask us to do so. If you ask us to begin and then cancel before completion, you may owe a proportionate amount for work already supplied where applicable law permits. The cancellation right may be lost once the service has been fully performed, but only after the legally required request and acknowledgement. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

Before work begins, we also offer a full refund on request. After work begins, any non-statutory refund is assessed against the work already delivered. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, hold the eligibility claimed, attend any legally required identity or biometric step, approve authority wording where required and make your own substantive decisions. Do not share passwords or one-time codes. Unless expressly included in the written scope, you pay authorities and third-party providers directly; we do not hold client funds.

Availability and outcomes

Public systems, authorities and third parties can be unavailable or change their requirements. We do not guarantee an appointment, approval, filing outcome, platform ranking, booking level or decision by any third party.

Governing law and complaints

Italian law governs these terms, without removing mandatory protections that apply to a consumer in their country of residence. Please send complaints to [email protected]; we will acknowledge them within five working days.
